AKC Club Recognition Information

The Charlottesville, VA downtown mall was invaded by Leos and the folks they own on May 2! Braving the imminent downpours, we walked the downtown mall and had a wonderful dinner right before the heavens opened up. Besieged by curious folks, our Leos and their owners tag-teamed on answering the regular questions--"what kind of dogs are these?" --"how much do they eat"--"can we pet them?" Thanks to our Social Director, Laura Morgan for planning this fun event. We all had a great time!

November 1, 2008
There was lots of fun on November 1, 2008 when the Austins hosted their 3rd Annual Leo Get-Together at their home in Dyke, Virginia. The weather was perfect and the Blue Ridge Mountains fall foliage was at its peak! After a short MALC meeting, we enjoyed lots of food and drink, and even managed a Leo walk around the mountain.
