Bill's Seafood and Catering is serving up a fine Maryland Dinner adjoining the exhibition hall (change of venue)! The MALC is covering the cost of dinner, but we ask for a “token reservation” of $9.99 so we can order the right number of meals. This year’s menu is a true feast—begin with a crisp garden salad dressed with your choice of ranch or vinaigrette, then enjoy honey-glazed carrots with pecans, homestyle mashed potatoes with gravy, and tender roast beef in a savory mushroom sauce. Cheese-filled tortellini topped with tomato-basil sauce and served with garlic bread rounds out the meal, while fresh-baked butter cookies with sprinkles and chocolate chips provide a sweet finish. To wash it all down, we’ll have chilled lemonade, iced tea, unsweetened iced tea, and bottled water on hand.
